By Steve Thomson
This cookware is of very high quality and, based on three month's use, it should last a very long time. The only downside is that the handle gets too hot to use with bare hands. In today's world, many things can be done to allow one to use the handle without hot pads. I did not mark them down for the following; however, I will mention that the frying pan is very heavy. I realize the manufacturer must compromise on quality to lighten the load but it will be valuable to some people to know that there is only one handle on the frying pan and, filled with food, it's quite difficult to lift. I cannot recommend them if they are much higher in price than the amazingly low price they were when I made the purchase ($60 when I bought them). I would maybe pay up to $100 since copper is quite nice. Please let me know if you have questions.
