Good Non-stick Surface, Not Good as a Stir Fry Wok

I wanted to invest in a good quality non-stick wok so I don't have to use as much oil when cooking. This wok does deliver on that aspect. However, it has a few serious issues. It is too shallow as a wok, not good for stir fry motion. Food constant flies out when stirred. Like other All-clad woks, the handle is awkward to hold and almost impossible to lift with one hand with food in it. The design of the handle is flawed.
