I own two pieces of Falk copper cookware...and would own more, if I could afford it!The brushed finish is easier to keep clean/polish than a shiny surface. This actually looks lovely after use as it develops flashes of "heat" color.It is surprising how easy these pieces are to clean..almost like non-stick. You should know, the stainless steel surface is not ultra shiny..but more of a nickel color...it's not a flaw.You will really enjoy cooking with Falk Copper..It's a lifetime investment that will never end up at an estate sale.
