This is great quality and the perfect size every day pan. We have an Analon set but could not get this size any more but this is the perfect replacement.

This is a dangerous pan and should be withdrawn from the market. My first use i fried some pototoes. After 30 minutes on a medium heat I went to take hold of the handle. It was hot enough to burn my hand. I'm still in pain as I type this. Do not buy.

This is a replacement pan for one more than seven years old and very heavily used for a variety of cooking needs.
