This product exceeded my expectations. It cooks as well as our more expensive smallerDutch Oven that we paid over $100 more. The gumbo and soup we've made in the Oven were superb. I'd recommend this product to anyone. My only regret is that we didn't get a larger pot. However, the 10 quart unit weighs over 20 pounds and adequate for now.

I've used mine several times now. It's fantastic at cooking up about 8 quarts (if you simmer you need to leave some room at the top). That's a lot of chili or soup, both of which I've made in here. I've also done sauces that need a long simmer. This is one of my favorite items in the kitchen.
